1. Booking Confirmation

2. Pick-up & Drop-off

Pick-up and drop-off services are available only within Dubai city limits.

Customers must be ready at the scheduled time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.
3. Tour Duration

The standard duration of the tour is 3–4 hours. Any additional time may be charged.
4. Child Policy

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for their personal safety during the tour.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or in case of no-shows.
7. Weather Conditions

The tour operates in most weather conditions. However, in case of extreme weather, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded.
8. Conduct

Guests are expected to respect local customs, nature, and the environment.

Littering or causing damage to public property or the natural area is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability

DesertValley.ae is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by the guest will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, etc.). A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
