All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp after full payment is received.

The tour price is quoted in AED and includes VAT unless stated otherwise.
🎫 Ticket Policy

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified during booking.

Entrance to Ain Dubai is subject to the attraction's operational hours and safety regulations.

A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) may be required at entry.
🔁 Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

In case of tour cancellation by Ain Dubai or Desert Valley Tourism due to weather or technical issues, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
